Fall 2024 Online Financial Aid Workshops

Learn how to access more than $150 billion in grants, loans, and work-study funds from the federal government to help you pay for college; tips to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which will be available October 1 for the 2025-2026 award years; and how to access more than $70 million in scholarships and grants that are awarded to Hawaiʻi students each year to help pay for college, regardless of family income.

Fall 2024 Virtual Scholarship Workshops

Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

These free Virtual Scholarship Workshops will feature a panel of experts from Sallie Mae, Hawai‘i Community Foundation, and University of Hawai‘i System who will discuss how Hawaiʻi students, regardless of their family income, can access more than $70 million to help pay for college; how to use scholarship search engines to help find scholarships you may be eligible for; and tips on applying for scholarships and how to create a winning scholarship essay.
